Aleh Matus, Founder and CEO
Aleh is responsible for Modelus business operations, strategic planning, and technology development.
Aleh specializes in enterprise architecture and application design and has a successful track record delivering high-profile mission-critical systems for companies
ranging from Fortune 500 to the smallest entrepreneurial ventures.
Over the last several years, Aleh's interests have been focused on implementing Lean Production and Lean Product Development initiatives in an IT environment.
In 2005/2006, Aleh served as President of
Object Technology User Group (OTUG),
a volunteer organization dedicated to advancing object technology in Minneapolis - St. Paul software community.
During his tenure, Aleh organized lectures with

Svetlana Matus, Executive Vice President
Svetlana oversees the development and implementation of Modelus marketing programs
and is responsible for managing customer relationships with a special focus on
delivering exceptional user experience and continuous innovation.
Svetlana is a certified ScrumMaster and
has extensive experience introducing adaptive methods and agile techniques into organizations with traditional project management culture.
